AI Advocacy and Education
Promoting responsible AI practices through comprehensive advocacy programs and educational initiatives that empower individuals and organizations.
We work with individuals, educators and institutions to build a practical understanding of how AI systems reach decisions and where those decisions carry consequences. The aim is not to argue for or against the technology, but to make sure people can reason about it competently enough to hold it to account.
Awareness Campaigns
Launching impactful campaigns to inform the public about AI risks and benefits, fostering informed decision-making across communities.
Public debate about AI swings between hype and alarm, and neither serves someone trying to make a decision. Our campaigns stay concrete: what a system actually does, who is affected when it fails, and what recourse exists. Clear framing is a prerequisite for informed consent.
Workshops and Training
Delivering hands-on workshops and training sessions focused on ethical AI implementation and best practices for organizations.
Sessions are built for teams who have to make decisions about AI inside their own organization rather than in the abstract. We cover how to evaluate a system before adopting it, what belongs in procurement and vendor terms, and how to set up review that still functions after launch.
Policy Development
Collaborating with policymakers to develop effective AI governance frameworks that protect rights and promote innovation.
Governance frameworks fail when they are written apart from the people who have to apply them. We contribute to policy development by bringing implementation questions into the drafting stage — what can be audited, what can be enforced, and what merely sounds reassuring.
Partnership and Collaboration
Building strategic partnerships with diverse stakeholders to advance responsible AI governance across sectors.
No single organization has the standing to set norms for AI on its own. We build working relationships across civil society, industry, academia and the public sector, on the view that governance holds only when the people bound by it had a hand in shaping it.
Community Engagement
Engaging communities through activities and discussions that promote understanding and participation in AI governance.
The people most affected by automated decisions are usually the least consulted about them. We create openings for that conversation through public discussion and participation, so that governance reflects lived experience and not only expert opinion.
